A good leader does not dominate nor dictate. A good leader produces other leaders, not followers. A good leader should understand the importance of service. In simple words, a good leader has to have a heart that's bigger than his or her ego. Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with.
