A good leader does not dominate nor dictate. A good leader produces other leaders, not followers. A good leader should understand the importance of service. Leaders are supposed to serve, but many people do not understand this. Nelson Mandela epitomizes the ideal serving leader as he served his native peoples to fight for human rights. In simple words, a good leader has to have a heart that's bigger than his or her ego. Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with.
